Study with various interview phases (Continuous study) By activating this mode the study will allow one or more participations per register during the entire study.
Phase configurations:
Phases activated manually The phases are changed manually. The current phase is the one set under “Active phase in the study”.
Phases activated automatically The phases are changed automatically according to the setting selected.
Rule for automatic sequential activation of phases
Next phase every X days from a specific date. (Only one phase activated at a time in the study)The phases will have a limited number of days. When the interval days are reached the system will initiate a new phase. All the entries will begin and end their phases on the same date.
Next phase when date X has been reached. (Only one phase activated at a time in the study)The phase will remain active until the date configured, after than a new phase is automatically initiated. All the entries will begin and end their phases on the same date.
Next phase X days after last completed interview. (Various phases simultaneously activated in the study)The phases are created automatically for each entry. After the conclusion of the questionnaire, a new phase will be initiated after the days configured for the entry that has concluded the questionnaire. There can be entries in different phases at the same time in the study.
Next phase immediately after last completed interview. (Various phases simultaneously activated in the study)The phases are created automatically for each entry. After the conclusion of the questionnaire, a new phase is initiated for the entry that concluded the questionnaire, allowing new participation immediately after the other. There can be entries in different phases at the same time in the study.
Identification of phases
Each phase is identified by an auto-incremented sequential number (1, 2, 3...10) The phases are automatically given names following a numeric order.
Customized identification The phases are named according to the configuration desired.
Activated phase in the study: This is only used in the manual mode and where the phase for activation in the study is selected.
